This Hebe edition comes from Volume 1 of the new re-engraved Tecla eleven-volume series of Sor's New Complete Works for Guitar edited by Brian Jeffery and first published in February 2002. Details of the Tecla printed version, and more information about Sor's op. 3, are on the Tecla site.
